Refund policy

At VOLKA, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind every product we sell.

RETURNS
You may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, you have the right to return goods that are defective, damaged, or not fit for purpose.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
