Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME
- Major Cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–4 business days
- Regional & Outlying Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays or high-demand periods.

We deliver nationwide through The Courier Guy, one of South Africa's most trusted courier services. All orders are fully tracked.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. VOLKA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
